How long will my order take?
We are based in South Australia and ship our orders from here. Some orders may be shipped directly from our suppliers if that results in a faster arrival time for you. The estimated arrival of orders is below, based on the shipping method:
Australia Post Letter (Untracked): 5-12 business days
Australia Post Standard Postage (Tracked): 5-8 business days
Australia Post Express (Tracked): 1-4 business days.
Please note, Australia Post Letters are untracked and if lost in transit cannot be recovered. We offer the option of sending your item as a letter in order to provide a free postage option. Any orders over $75 will include signature on delivery at no extra cost.
